San Francisco based photographer Gregory Cowley helps you cross the New Year’s resolutions off the list with his January 2011 evening workshops for students of all skill levels.
What: Gregory Cowley is now accepting enrollment for workshops starting in January of 2011. The 3 hour classes are perfect for commitment-phobes and the small class size allows for plenty of personal attention. A great opportunity for learning new skills (like how to use that camera you got for Christmas) or brushing up on old ones. Classes can be taken individually or consecutively.
Classes include:
Basic Photography: Getting the most out of any camera.
Advanced Photography: Expanding on basic skills to achieve more creative photos.
Studio Lighting: Learn how the pros set up complex lighting scenarios.
Digital Post-Processing: Learn the tricks of using programs such as Photoshop.

About Gregory Cowley:
Gregory began his career in 1992 as a graphic designer working on many high profile design projects. In 2005 he changed his career path and became a full-time photographer and has never looked back. Gregory specializes in portraiture, travel, reportage and advertising photography. His photography adventures have taken him from the jungles of Burma to the streets of Buenos Aires. Gregory has been published internationally in such magazines as Wired. His client list includes Intel, IDEO, The Sak, and Merck Pharmaceuticals. Gregory is an adjunct professor at the California College of the Arts and has also taught at the Academy of Art University. Gregory Cowley Photography is a commercial studio located in the Dogpatch neighborhood of San Francisco.
